Common questions

How many points do I earn?

5 points for every $1 you spend on products, counted after discounts and codes. Shipping, taxes and fees don’t earn points. Your first order adds 100 welcome points.

When do my points show up?

As soon as your order is paid. Points land in your Simms account right after purchase, and your Rewards tab shows them straight away.

What can I get with my points?

Free research peptides from the Simms catalog. Every product in the Rewards exchange has its own points price, and you’ll find the full list in the Rewards tab of your Simms account.

How do I redeem a reward?

Open the Rewards exchange in your Simms account and pick a product you have the points for. It goes in your cart free and ships with that order, alongside at least one paid product.

Can I use more than one reward per order?

One reward per order, and the order needs at least one paid product. Points you don’t use stay in your account for your next order.

Do my points expire?

Only if your account goes 12 months without an order. Every order keeps all of your points active.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back, and a partial refund takes back the points for the refunded products. If the order included a reward, the points you spent on it go back into your account.

Can I turn points into cash or a discount?

No. Points can only be traded for products in the Rewards exchange. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred to another account.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Simms Rewards is free and comes with your Simms account. Orders placed as a guest don’t earn points.
