5. Product Information

All compounds are sold individually and do not include research supplies such as bacteriostatic water, syringes, or other accessories. Most products are provided in lyophilized (powder) form and require proper reconstitution with a suitable diluent before use in research settings.

6. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Simms Research. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

7. Shipping

Orders placed before 1PM PST will ship the same day. Free shipping is available on orders over $250. All packages are shipped discreetly with tracking provided. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed by their country.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simms Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the products or services provided. The customer acknowledges that there are risks in the handling, use, and distribution of these products, and certifies that it has the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for managing those risks.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
