What payment methods does Simms Research accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Do I need crypto, Cash App, or PayPal to order?
No. Pay by card, supported mobile wallet, or Klarna at checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrency, Cash App, or PayPal.

Are there fees for paying by card?
Simms does not add a payment-method surcharge. If you choose Klarna, review the terms Klarna presents before confirming your order.

How do I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
The Apple Pay or Google Pay button appears at the top of checkout when your device supports it. Apple Pay works in Safari on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with a card in Apple Wallet. Google Pay works in Chrome and on Android with a card saved to your Google account. If you do not see a wallet button, you can always pay by card.

Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout when it is available to you. Klarna displays eligibility, payment options, and any applicable terms before you confirm your order.

What will the charge look like on my statement?
Card and mobile-wallet charges appear as SIMMSRESEARCH.COM. If you choose Klarna, check the payment details Klarna displays at checkout.

When is my card charged?
Card and mobile-wallet payments are processed when you place the order. Klarna shows its available payment schedule and terms before you confirm; your order is confirmed after checkout approval.

Is my card information secure?
Yes. Card details are entered into an encrypted field hosted by our payment processor and go directly to it. Simms Research never sees or stores your full card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay send a one-time token instead of the card number. Klarna handles payment details for Klarna orders.

Why was my card declined?
Most declines come from the card issuer. Check that the card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address match your card, and approve the purchase if your bank sends a verification request. You can also try Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another card. If it still fails, email support@simmsresearch.com.
