Apex Peptides Affiliate Program: Payout, Commissions, Alternatives (2026)
Apex Peptides closed after a September 2026 federal search. What happens to affiliate commission, referral links and followers, and where affiliates go next.
Is the Apex Peptides affiliate program still running?
On September 23, 2026, federal agents searched the North Sioux City, South Dakota, building listed as the address of Apex Peptides (the full account is in What Happened to Apex Peptides?). Both Apex storefronts are now closed to shoppers. apexpeptides.com shows a maintenance notice, and apex-peptides.com, the store almost every affiliate link pointed to, opens only to a login screen.
The affiliate portal is another story. apex-peptides.goaffpro.com still loads as of September 30, with its login, its sign-up form and its commission page unchanged, and nothing on it mentions the closure. Apex has made no public statement to affiliates or customers.
Dashboards still show referral histories and balances. The links are what broke: every Apex referral link now lands on that login screen instead of a product page.
How the Apex affiliate program worked
Apex ran its program on GoAffPro, an affiliate tracking tool used by many online stores. Joining took a name, an email address and a password. The form asked for no social handle, audience size or website, and there was no application to review, so anyone who signed up could start promoting the same day.
Each affiliate received a referral link in the form apex-peptides.com/?ref=NAME and a code that took a discount off a follower’s order. Checkout also carried a “Referred By?” box for typing in a code. Credit went to the last affiliate link a buyer clicked, and the tracking cookie lasted seven days.
With the door that wide open, Apex codes spread far beyond fitness creators. They turn up on gym pages, parenting accounts, a fishing channel and a farm podcast, most of them with a few thousand followers, alongside a handful of much larger fitness accounts.
Will Apex Peptides pay affiliates?
Apex’s own affiliate terms set the timing. Commission is paid monthly, “approximately 60 days following the end of each calendar month.” Commission on July sales therefore fell due around the end of September, the week the store closed. August commission was due around the end of October and September commission around the end of November. An affiliate paid on that schedule had July, August and September commission outstanding on September 23.
The same terms remove commission from “any Product order where a cancellation, return, or refund has been initiated.” Orders that were paid for, never shipped and then refunded or cancelled come off the balance as well.
Payment trouble did not start with the search. Complaints about unpaid Apex commission were already going around among affiliates in March 2026, six months earlier.
The terms themselves are a stock template that was never adapted to the store. They hold payouts until the balance reaches “INR1000 in case of NEFT transfers,” a rupee amount for India’s bank-transfer system, and they ask affiliates for GST invoices under Indian tax rules, on a store that sold to American customers in dollars.
Does GoAffPro pay pending Apex commission?
No. GoAffPro records referrals and shows balances; the store pays them. GoAffPro’s help center lists three ways a merchant can pay: send the money outside the app and mark it paid, pay from the merchant’s own PayPal account through the app, or issue store discount coupons. All three come from the store. A pending balance in the dashboard is a record of what Apex owes, not money held anywhere on the affiliate’s behalf.
What Apex affiliates can do about unpaid commission
While the portal is still up, save the record: the referral list with order dates, the pending balance, and the payout history with the dates of any past payments. Then send a payout request through the portal’s contact page and keep a copy. Together those are the complete paper trail for a balance that only Apex can pay.
What should Apex affiliates tell their followers?
Is Apex Peptides coming back?
Apex has not said. There has been no word on reopening, on shipping orders that were already paid for, or on refunds. No one has been publicly charged, and no court filing explains the search.
Is there a new Apex Peptides website?
None has appeared from the company. Several other stores use the Apex name on different web addresses, and none of them appears in the reporting on the search. One of them began running ads on Facebook and Instagram on September 29 through a web address registered the same day. A follower who searches “Apex Peptides” today can easily land on a different business.
What to do with Apex links in bio
Every Apex link and code now ends at a login screen, and followers keep tapping them. Swap the link in bio, pinned comments and video captions first. A short post saying Apex has closed and where to order now answers most of the messages at once.
Where followers can order instead
An Apex buyer needs three things from a new store: the same compounds, orders that actually ship, and a way to check what is in the vial. Simms Research carries 16 of the compounds Apex listed. Retatrutide comes in 10mg ($84), 20mg ($129), 30mg ($159) and 60mg ($259) vials, and tirzepatide is stocked alongside it. Every batch has its own record on the lab results page, and the store-by-store detail is in Simms Research vs Apex Peptides.
Which affiliate program should Apex affiliates move to?
The Apex program failed its affiliates in specific places, and each one is something to check before promoting the next store. How long after a sale is commission paid? Is the minimum payout written in dollars? Do a customer’s reorders keep earning, or only the first order? Does each product carry a batch lab report followers can open for themselves? Were the program terms written for this store, or copied from a template?

The Simms Research Partner Program
The Simms Research Partner Program pays 20% on a new customer’s first qualifying order and 10% on that customer’s qualifying reorders for as long as the partner relationship stays active, with no cutoff date. New customers get 10% off their first order. A partner link tracks a first order for 30 days.
Commission stays pending for 30 days, then approved balances of $1 or more are paid monthly by ACH, PayPal or Zelle. Joining takes a Simms account and acceptance of the Partner Program Agreement, with no application and no purchase required, for anyone 21 or older. The partner link and code appear in the account dashboard straight away, beside clicks, qualifying orders, pending commission and total paid.

So what happened to the Apex affiliate program?
The Apex affiliate program went dark with the store after the September 23 search. The portal still loads and still shows balances, but the store behind it is closed, every referral link ends at a login screen, and summer commission was still inside a schedule that paid each month about 60 days after it ended. Whether any of that balance is ever paid depends on Apex alone, and Apex has said nothing.
The followers are the part of the program that still works. They are still asking where to order, and an affiliate who moves them to a store that ships, documents its batches and pays monthly keeps the audience earning.
