What are research compounds?

Research compounds are materials supplied for laboratory, analytical, or research use only. They are not sold for human or veterinary use.
Who can order from Simms Research?

Customers are responsible for understanding and following all laws, regulations, and institutional requirements that apply to their research.
Are your products intended for human use?

No. Products sold by Simms Research are strictly for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use.

Are your compounds tested for purity?

Products are supported by batch-level testing where available, including Certificates of Analysis and product specification data.
Where can I find Certificates of Analysis?

Certificates of Analysis are displayed on product pages when batch records are available.
What purity level can I expect?

Purity details are listed on the product page and reflected in available batch verification data.

When do orders ship?

Orders are processed during business days. Shipping timelines depend on order volume, carrier service, and cutoff timing.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $200 ship free via Fedex 2-Day Express. On smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from the United States.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

Every order includes our free Delivery Guarantee, with nothing to add at checkout. If a package is lost in transit, or goes missing after the carrier marks it delivered, email support@simmsresearch.com with your order number. We deal with the carrier and replace the affected products at no charge. If a replacement isn't available, we refund them and any shipping you paid.

How do I check my order status?

Use your order confirmation email or contact support with your order number for help locating the latest status.
Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or handed to the carrier, changes may not be available.
What payment methods does Simms Research accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Venmo. See all payment options.
Do I need crypto, Cash App, or PayPal to order?

No. Pay by card, supported mobile wallet, Klarna, or Venmo at checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrency, Cash App, or PayPal.
Are there fees for paying by card?

Simms does not add a payment-method surcharge. If you choose Klarna, review the terms Klarna presents before confirming your order.
What will the charge look like on my statement?

Card and mobile-wallet charges appear as SIMMSRESEARCH.COM. If you choose Klarna, check the payment details Klarna displays at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Damage in delivery is covered by our free Delivery Guarantee. Within 48 hours of delivery, email support@simmsresearch.com with your order number and photos of the package and products. We replace the damaged products at no charge, or refund them and any shipping you paid if a replacement isn't available.
What if I received the wrong item?

Within 48 hours of delivery, email support@simmsresearch.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We send the right product at no charge, or refund it if a replacement isn't available. The same applies to a defective product.
Do you accept returns?

Research products can't be restocked, so sales are final for changes of mind and ordering errors, and opened or used products can't be returned. That doesn't affect the Delivery Guarantee: lost, stolen or damaged packages, and wrong or defective items reported within 48 hours, are still replaced or refunded. Can I use these products personally?

No. Products are not intended for personal use, human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use.
Do you provide usage or dosing guidance?
