Where to Buy PT-141 for Research: Vendors and Price Checks
Five research suppliers selling PT-141 in 2026, ranked on the price per milligram of a 10mg vial, dispatch, what happens to a lost or stolen parcel, payment and support.
PT-141 is one of the few research peptides that is also a licensed medicine. Bremelanotide has been sold since 2019 as Vyleesi, a 1.75mg pen prescribed to premenopausal women with low desire, and a box of four costs over $1,000 at a pharmacy’s cash price. Telehealth clinics fill the gap with compounded sprays and injections, on prescription and by the month. Research shops offer the identical seven-amino-acid molecule another way: a sealed 10mg vial of white freeze-dried powder, for a fraction of what one of those pens costs.
Nearly every supplier stocks that same 10mg vial, so the label settles very little. What separates them is the price per milligram once the multi-vial discount and the postage are counted, how late in the day an order still ships, and who pays when a box goes missing. Among the five below, two leave a parcel marked delivered with the buyer, and one charges $15 to ship every order. Simms Research sells PT-141 at $64 for 10mg, ships the same afternoon and covers every parcel in writing.
What decided the PT-141 ranking
Price came first, worked out per milligram for one vial and again at each shop’s best multi-vial rate, with the cost of getting a small order to the door alongside it. Next came dispatch: the daily cutoff, the carrier and the order total where shipping turns free. Then what each shop’s own policy promises when a parcel goes missing, is taken after a delivered scan or turns up broken. Card choices at checkout and a phone line someone answers decided the close calls. Every price is a regular shelf price read on October 29, 2026, and every shop had PT-141 in stock that day. Simms Research publishes this list and ranks itself second.
1. Biotech Peptides
Best for a veteran shelf with free resends of lost orders. Biotech Peptides has sold research peptides since 2020, all under the same name, and kept its shelf full through the closures that thinned the market this year. PT-141 is listed as PT-141 (Bremelanotide) in a 10mg vial at $45, or $4.50 a milligram. Five to nine vials take 5% off and ten or more take 10%, which brings each vial to $40.50 and the milligram to $4.05.
Orders placed by noon Pacific leave the same day, and USPS Priority is free above $200. The shipping page puts its cover in two lines: a damaged package is replaced free, and one lost in transport is sent again at no charge. A box taken from the doorstep after a delivered scan is not mentioned. Checkout takes Visa and Amex, with Cash App as the other way to pay, and support answers by email or on a number that takes calls and texts. Its history is laid out in the Biotech Peptides review.
2. Simms Research
Best for every parcel covered, every major card and a phone line, at $64 a vial. Simms Research sells PT-141 as a single 10mg vial at $64, which is $6.40 a milligram. Three vials take 5% off and six take 10%, which puts each vial at $57.60 and the milligram under $6.
An order placed before 5 PM Eastern leaves that day by UPS Standard, three to five business days, and two-day FedEx is free on orders above $200. The Free Delivery Guarantee comes with every order, with nothing to add at checkout: a parcel lost in transit, missing or stolen after its delivery scan, or arriving damaged is replaced at no charge, or refunded with its shipping, and Simms Research deals with the carrier. Checkout runs through a secure payment page for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and support answers weekdays from 9 to 5 Eastern on 855-592-8507. Units for every draw are worked out in the PT-141 dosage calculator and chart.

3. Core Peptides
Best for next-day delivery at a flat rate. Core Peptides dates itself to 2019, came through the shutdowns of bigger names without a gap in shipping, and keeps one of the broader catalogs in the market. Its PT-141 comes as a 10mg vial priced under Simms Research’s, with 5% off from five vials and 10% from nine.
Weekday orders placed before 4 PM Eastern leave the same day by USPS Priority, at $12 or free from $200, and UPS Overnight is a flat $49. The shipping page says the shop is not responsible for postal delays and says nothing in writing about a box that disappears or is taken in transit. Checkout takes cards, e-checks, Cash App and crypto. Support runs through email and a contact form, answered within 24 hours on weekdays, with no phone number listed. How the shop grew is covered in the Core Peptides review.
4. Swiss Chems
Best for buyers outside the US. Swiss Chems opened in August 2018 as a SARMs store and is now one of the longest-running research shops still trading, shipping to most of the world. PT-141 comes as a 10mg vial at $49.99, which is $5.00 a milligram, or as a kit of ten vials at $499.90, the same price per vial with nothing taken off.
US orders in before noon Eastern ship that day by USPS, with free shipping from a modest order total, though that service takes five to seven business days; FedEx 2-Day and Overnight show up at checkout. International parcels take two to three weeks, one to two for Canada. Items that arrive missing, wrong or damaged are reshipped free when photos follow within seven business days, but the shop’s liability ends at the Delivered scan: a box reported missing after it gets no reship, credit or refund. Checkout takes US Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, Zelle and crypto, and support answers by phone, email or chat. More in the Swiss Chems review.
5. Ascension Peptides
Best for a ten-vial kit from a newer shop. Ascension Peptides opened in Colorado in 2024, a regular up and coming contender, and grew as older names closed. Its 10mg PT-141 vial lists at $59.99 and was marked down to $49 on October 29, or $4.90 a milligram. Three, five or ten vials trim the price a little more, to $44.10 each at ten.
Every domestic order pays a flat $15 for shipping. Most leave within 24 hours by UPS or USPS and arrive two to five business days after payment clears. Once the carrier has the box, the shop is not responsible for loss or damage, or for a package stolen after delivery, and it points buyers to paid Route protection at checkout instead. Payment is Visa or ACH bank draft, and a support line answers from 9 to 5 Central on weekdays. Its story so far is in the Ascension Peptides review.

PT-141 price: what 10mg costs at each shop
$64 at Simms Research, $6.40 a milligram, and $5.76 a milligram at six vials. The gaps between shops move once multi-vial discounts and the postage on a small order are counted:
| Shop | One 10mg vial | Per mg | Best multi-vial price | Shipping on a one-vial order |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Biotech Peptides | $45 | $4.50 | $40.50 a vial from 10 ($4.05/mg) | Paid; USPS Priority free over $200 |
| Simms Research | PT-141 10mg, $64 | $6.40 | $57.60 a vial from 6 ($5.76/mg) | UPS Standard priced at checkout; FedEx 2-Day free over $200 |
| Core Peptides | Under Simms | Under Simms | 10% off from 9 vials | USPS Priority $12; free from $200 |
| Swiss Chems | $49.99 | $5.00 | Kit of 10 at $499.90, no saving ($5.00/mg) | USPS flat rate; the free service from a low total takes 5 to 7 business days |
| Ascension Peptides | $59.99 listed, $49 marked down | $4.90 at the markdown | $44.10 a vial at 10 ($4.41/mg) | Flat $15 on every order |
PT-141 cost per month
One vial for most schedules, two at the most. The 1.75mg dose on Vyleesi’s label gives five full draws from a 10mg vial, so lighter schedules finish a vial in about four weeks, while the label’s ceiling of eight doses a month calls for a second one. At Simms Research that comes to $64 or $128 a month. The prescription routes start far higher: telehealth clinics charge from about $159 a month for compounded PT-141 on a year’s plan, and branded Vyleesi works out to roughly $250 to $330 a pen.
PT-141 nasal spray, injection or powder vial
Research suppliers sell the powder. All five shops here supply PT-141 as a sealed vial of freeze-dried cake, because dry peptide keeps for months in the fridge and longer in the freezer, while a solution starts its four-week clock the day it is mixed. The ready-made sprays sold online mostly come from compounding pharmacies working through telehealth prescriptions and from marketplace listings, with a few research stores bottling their own.
The spray is also the form the developer gave up on. PT-141 was first trialled through the nose, but the amount that reached the blood varied too much from one person to the next, so the approved version became an injection under the skin. Turning a vial into a working solution is covered in How to Reconstitute Peptides.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need a prescription for PT-141?
For the medicine, yes: Vyleesi and the compounded versions from clinics are both prescribed. The research vials on this list are sold for lab work, and no prescription is involved.
Can you buy PT-141 near me?
Not as a research vial. Pharmacies dispense Vyleesi only against a prescription, and research suppliers sell online. Simms Research ships from Florida, three to five business days by UPS or two by FedEx.
Can you buy PT-141 in Canada or the UK?
Yes, from shops that ship abroad. Simms Research does; import duties fall to the buyer, and a customs hold isn’t covered by its guarantee. Swiss Chems quotes two to three weeks for most countries.
Does PT-141 need to be refrigerated?
Not on the way. Freeze-dried PT-141 is stable for weeks at room temperature, so it ships without ice. Once delivered, store it at 2 to 8°C, or frozen for the long term, out of the light. After mixing, keep it cold and finish it inside 28 days; the full answer is in Do Peptides Need to Be Refrigerated?
Is kisspeptin an alternative to PT-141?
A different route to the same interest. Kisspeptin works upstream on the reproductive hormones, PT-141 on the brain’s desire signals. Simms Research sells Kisspeptin-10 at $74 for 10mg, and Kisspeptin vs PT-141 compares the two.
Is Simms Research legit?
Its facts are easy to check: a support line at 855-592-8507 staffed 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern on weekdays, same-day dispatch from Florida for orders placed before 5 PM Eastern, batch reports from an independent ISO-certified lab on its lab results pages, and the Free Delivery Guarantee written into the shipping policy for every order.
Is there a PT-141 discount code on this page?
No code, and no affiliate links either: every price above is what the shop charges anyone that day.
