Penguin Peptides Review 2026: Are They Legit?
What Penguin Peptides’ shipping terms, lab reports, prices and refund rules show, from its under-label January reports to the removed Trustpilot page and the one-letter copy site.
Penguin Peptides sells from penguinpeptides.com behind a cartoon penguin, with a long menu that runs from BPC-157 to lettered weight-loss vials called GLP-3 R and GLP-1 T. The banner has carried a sitewide code on every visit since last fall, plus a free vial for every $150 spent. Behind it is Penguin Peptides LLC, a Wyoming company, on a domain registered in April 2025.
Two things send buyers looking for a second opinion. The store’s Trustpilot page, packed with five-star reviews a year ago, now reads that the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot.” And three of the four lab reports it posted in January read under the label. Is Penguin Peptides legit, and will the box show up?
Its policies, its lab reports and its buyers answer most of that.
Will a Penguin Peptides order show up?
Usually, and quickly. Buyers describe a Saturday order at the door by Tuesday, another inside 72 hours, a third in four days. The extras come up in review after review: a T-shirt, a pen, a small travel case, a vial of bacteriostatic water tucked in with the order.
The bad reports are fewer and more specific. This summer one buyer had two orders stuck “in process” for three months, with emails unanswered. Another reported a missing package and got a reply that pointed at the carrier. A third found particles floating in two vials, ipamorelin and L-carnitine, and had one of them replaced.
The seller named in the terms is Penguin Peptides LLC, governed by Wyoming law, with terms in effect since February 16, 2026. Every page lists the same Sheridan, Wyoming office and a phone number with a Southern California area code. No page says which state the boxes leave from.

Penguin Peptides shipping
One to three business days to process, and that is where the written promise ends. The shipping policy names no carrier, no order cutoff and no delivery window, and it ships within the United States only. Orders over $700 need an adult signature at the door.
Buyers fill in the rest. Most boxes land three or four days after the order. Speed has a price, though: one reviewer wrote that unless you pay the $10 for shipping, a single vial “takes over a week” and comes by USPS. Earlier this year the same policy also offered “select international destinations.” That line is gone.

Is Penguin Peptides third party tested?
Yes, by an outside lab in the Czech Republic, and each report carries a key to check it on the lab’s own site. The best of them belong to the retatrutide line. In May the lab ran a blind test that has to name the compound in the vial, and both sizes came back as retatrutide, over their labels: 10.96 mg in the 10 mg vial and 33.90 mg in the 30 mg, with purity above 99%.
The other bestsellers rest on one round of testing from January, a single vial each, with the batch written as “Unknown.” Purity reads high on every one. The amount in the vial is another matter.
| Penguin product and label | Measured in the vial | Share of the label | Purity |
|---|---|---|---|
| GLP-1 T (tirzepatide), 10 mg | 9.12 mg | 91% | 99.68% |
| GLP-1 T (tirzepatide), 30 mg | 33.56 mg | 112% | 99.88% |
| BPC-157, 10 mg | 8.45 mg | 85% | 99.76% |
| GHK-Cu, 50 mg | 46.57 mg | 93% | 99.61% |
Three of the four came up short, the BPC-157 vial by 15%. With no batch named, none of these reports can be matched to a vial in the box. None of them, January or May, carries an endotoxin, heavy metal or microbial result, and the homepage’s “99.5%+ Verified Purity” sits above the 10 mg retatrutide report’s 99.28%. Each field on a certificate is explained in How to Read a Peptide COA.
Penguin Peptides prices and coupon codes
Penguin’s list prices are the ones its banner code comes off. On these sizes, Simms Research’s regular price is lower before anyone types a code.
| Compound and size | Penguin Peptides list | Simms Research |
|---|---|---|
| Retatrutide, 10 mg | $118 | $84 |
| Retatrutide, 30 mg | $220 | $159 |
| Retatrutide, 60 mg | $300 | $259 |
| Tirzepatide, 60 mg | $197 | $186 |
| GHK-Cu, 50 mg | $54 | $48 |
| Klow blend, 80 mg | $134 | $122 |
| KPV, 10 mg | $69 | $62 |
| Thymosin Alpha-1, 10 mg | $97 | $72 |
The extras come with conditions. The free vial for every $150 counts what is left after the discount, so the FAQ tells buyers to load at least $250, and admits “this setup can be a little confusing.” Penguin Points pay back about 5% but don’t stack with a code. Bulk orders of five or more of one item take a tiered discount. The GLP-3 R listing never names retatrutide; its lab report does. What Is GLP-3? explains the lettering.
Refunds, lost packages and support
A defect gets a hearing. A missing box mostly doesn’t. Returns cover “verified manufacturing defects” only, damage claims close after 48 hours, an opened vial is out, and the outcome rests at “the sole discretion of Penguin Peptides LLC.” Shipping fees aren’t refunded. A wrong item isn’t mentioned.
Loss is handled in the shipping policy and the terms, and both put it on the buyer. Risk passes “upon carrier acceptance,” a delivery scan counts as proof of delivery, and a lost-shipment claim has to come in within five days of the delivery date. The terms also ask buyers to contact the store before disputing a charge.
Support runs through a chat window on the homepage and the 951 number, with no hours listed. The contact page’s form shows setup text where the form should be, and the page says the team can’t help with reconstitution or applications.
Simms Research vs Penguin Peptides
Simms Research writes down when a box ships and what happens if it never arrives, and its latest reports on the four products Penguin tested in January read at or above the label. Line by line:
| Buyer question | Simms Research | Penguin Peptides |
|---|---|---|
| When an order ships | Same day, if the order is in before 5 PM Eastern | Processed in 1 to 3 business days |
| Delivery time in writing | UPS Standard, 3 to 5 business days; FedEx 2-Day free over $200 | No carrier or delivery time named |
| Lost or stolen package | Free Delivery Guarantee: replaced at no charge, or refunded with shipping; no carrier claim to file | A delivery scan is proof of delivery; claims due within 5 days of it |
| Wrong or defective item | Covered | Verified manufacturing defects only, at the store’s discretion |
| Measured content, latest reports (retatrutide 10 mg, tirzepatide 10 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg) | 10.68 mg, 10.57 mg, 10.19 mg and 52.05 mg, three vials each, tested July 16, 2026 | 10.96 mg (May), then 9.12 mg, 8.45 mg and 46.57 mg (January), one vial each |
| Endotoxin, heavy metals, microbial | All three on each of those reports, all clear | No |
| Shipping reach | All 50 states and international | United States only |
| Support | Email and an 855 number, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Eastern, most replies within one business day | Chat and a 951 number, no hours listed |
Every published batch sits on the retatrutide batch history and the other lab results pages, and the shipping policy and Free Delivery Guarantee spell out the rest. Retatrutide (GLP-3) and Tirzepatide (GLP-2) each sell in 10, 20, 30 and 60 mg vials.

Penguin Peptides reviews and Trustpilot
A year ago the Trustpilot page for penguinpeptides.com was claimed by the company, showed a large review count and a near-perfect score, and sat in a widget on the homepage. Most of the reviewers had written one to three reviews anywhere. The widget is gone, and so is the page: it now reads that the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot.”
Newer reviews read like the old ones with more edges. Fast boxes and free shirts sit next to the stuck orders, the missing package and the floating particles described above. The praise is about speed and extras; the complaints are about what happens once something goes wrong.
Before you order from Penguin Peptides
Open the report for the exact product and size in the cart, and compare the measured amount with the label, not only the purity. Build the cart with the free-vial rule in mind: it counts the total after the code, so the FAQ’s $250 is the real floor.
Ship somewhere a box won’t sit on a porch, because the scan counts as delivery and the claim window closes five days later. Photograph the box and vials on arrival and keep anything doubtful sealed; damage has a 48-hour window and an opened vial can’t be returned. If something goes wrong, contact the store before the bank. The same checks work for any store in the guide to the best peptide companies.
Is Penguin Peptides legit?
Penguin Peptides is a working store. Penguin Peptides LLC stands behind it in Wyoming, buyers mostly get their boxes in three or four days, often with something extra inside, and its retatrutide passed a blind outside test over its label.
The rest of the record is thinner. The shipping policy promises processing and nothing after it. The reports for tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu read under the label, one vial each with the batch unknown, and no report carries a contaminant result. A delivery scan ends the store’s part in a lost box. The Trustpilot page that carried its reputation has been pulled. Put that next to what you need from an order and decide.
Frequently asked questions
Is Penguin Peptides legit?
Penguin Peptides LLC of Wyoming runs the store at penguinpeptides.com, and orders usually arrive within a few days. Its January lab reports for tirzepatide 10 mg, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu measured under the label, its Trustpilot page has been removed, and its policy treats a delivery scan as proof of delivery.
Where is Penguin Peptides located?
Its pages list an office in Sheridan, Wyoming and a phone number with a 951 area code, which is Riverside County, California. It ships within the United States only and doesn’t say which state orders leave from.
Is Penguin Peptides safe?
Its reports show purity above 99% on every product tested, but none of them includes an endotoxin, heavy metal or microbial test. One buyer this summer reported particles floating in two vials, and one was replaced.
Does Penguin Peptides have a coupon code?
A code has been on its homepage banner since November 2025, along with a free vial per $150 spent after the discount. This page carries no code and no affiliate link.
Is Simms Research legit?
Simms Research’s lab results pages show each published batch, tested by an independent ISO-certified lab, among them three-vial reports from July 16, 2026 for retatrutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu with endotoxin, heavy metal and microbial results. Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern ship the same day, the Free Delivery Guarantee replaces lost, stolen or damaged packages, and support answers at support@simmsresearch.com and 855-592-8507, Monday to Friday. Simms Rewards turns points from every order into free products, and the full catalog lists every size.
