What Happened to Eternal Peptides? 2026 Shutdown

Eternal Peptides closed its website on September 15, 2026 and ended customer support on September 30. Why the shop closed, who it was, and what happens now to orders, refunds, vials and the sites using its name.

On September 14, 2026, Eternal Peptides put a countdown on its homepage. The banner announced a closing sale and said the website would be voluntarily shut down at 11:59 p.m. Eastern the next night. It kept to the schedule. Since September 16, eternalpeptides.com has shown one short page: a thank-you to customers, a button that opens the lab test library, a support email address, and a line saying customer support would be available until September 30th.

For a shop only two years old, Eternal Peptides had built a loyal following, mostly among GLP researchers who liked that it tested every product for more than purity. That is why the searches kept coming after the store went dark. People want to know why it closed, what happens to their orders and the vials on their shelf, and whether the sites now using the name have anything to do with the shop they bought from.

When did Eternal Peptides shut down?

The website closed at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on September 15, 2026. The closing banner was up by the 14th, so regulars had a day or two of warning and one last sale, and from the 16th every shop and product page returned an error with the thank-you note in its place. The store itself has stayed dark since. The one page left working is the lab test library, which still loads in October.

The end came after a rough year rather than out of nowhere. The company’s two years ran like this:

WhenWhat happened
June 2024The shop opens on eternalpeptides.net
Early 2026The store moves to eternalpeptides.com
Spring 2026Card checkout stops working
May 20, 2026The site goes down for about a day; regulars pass the old .net address around
June 2026A homepage notice says card checkout is temporarily offline; the whole catalog is retested at a new US lab
Late June 2026Card payments return

Why did Eternal Peptides close?

The company has not said. The closing banner called the shutdown voluntary, the thank-you page gives no reason, and neither one names a buyer, a successor or another store to move to. The people behind Eternal Peptides have made no statement since.

What the public record does show is a planned exit, not a forced one. No raid, seizure or court case involving Eternal Peptides has come to light, and none of the warning letters FDA sent to online peptide sellers through September was addressed to it. The way it left points the same direction. Shops shut from the outside usually go dark overnight. Eternal Peptides ran a countdown, held a closing sale, shipped the last orders, kept a support inbox open for two more weeks and left its lab reports online.

The record also shows a hard final year. In the spring of 2026 card checkout stopped working. On May 20 the site went down for about a day, and the first guess in the buyer threads was a warning letter from the government; the store came back, and no such letter has ever surfaced. In June a homepage notice said card checkout was “temporarily offline” and offered 25% off sitewide, and a buyer waiting on a refund was told the store had switched to a new payment processor, then that the refund was expensive to process. Cards were back by the end of June. Keeping the checkout running took real effort in the shop’s last year.

Then there is the climate. Much of the Eternal Peptides catalog was GLP compounds, sold under house code names; retatrutide was listed as GLP-3R. On August 24, 2026, FDA sent warning letters to five online sellers of research-labeled semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide. Eternal Peptides was not one of the five, but Finnrick, the independent testing service, had flagged its GLP catalog as a high regulatory risk in a July report on the shop. The closing banner went up three weeks after those letters. Around it, 2026 had already cleared out Science.bio in January, Peptide Sciences in March and Strate Labs in July, the last of which blamed a changed regulatory landscape outright. Chemyo closed on September 8, a week before Eternal Peptides.

Put together, the likeliest reading is a small company that decided the business was no longer worth the strain and chose to leave on its own schedule, with its last orders shipped and its paperwork online. That is a reading of the evidence, not a stated cause. The specific reason is not public.

Who Eternal Peptides were

Eternal Peptides opened in June 2024 on eternalpeptides.net, a small New York business with a plain shop and one strong pitch for a crowded year. Every product, it said, went to a third-party lab for purity, sterility, endotoxin and heavy metals, and the reports were posted for anyone to read. Plenty of shops posted a purity report and stopped there. Eternal Peptides made the full panel its identity, and its buyers repeated the point for it; one called it the only source they knew that tested all four.

It grew the way the 2025 shops grew, through the GLP threads on Reddit. Its retatrutide, sold as GLP-3R, drew a steady line of first-time buyers weighing it against Skye Peptides, the other name in those threads, and the argument that usually tipped them was the endotoxin and heavy-metal testing. Repeat customers posted about fifth and tenth orders, packages that landed within a few days, and support replies that came within hours. Regular sales kept it in the conversation: 25% off for Black Friday, 20% for Valentine’s Day, a points program and a standing newsletter discount.

By late 2025 it had outgrown its first address. The eternalpeptides.com domain had been listed for sale on a domain marketplace in mid-2025, and early in 2026 the store moved onto it, which is why buyers in October 2025 were still telling each other the .com did not exist. Directories of the period placed the shop in the upper-middle tier, strong on transparency and weak on payment options. One gave it 7.7 out of 10 in February 2026, with testing near the top of its scorecard and payment flexibility at the bottom.

Independent testers were cooler than the marketing. Finnrick, which tests vials bought from vendors or mailed in by buyers, passed 10 of the 28 Eternal Peptides samples it ran against its standard of 99.5% purity. Melanotan II passed every time and the later retatrutide held up, while BPC-157, after two clean early results, kept landing in the 98% range, below the shop’s own reports. In March 2026 a buyer posted a Finnrick BPC-157 result and asked why it read worse than the shop’s report for the same batch. Identity held in every sample: the vials contained what the label said. High-98% purity is usable material by most standards, so the gap was between the promise and the vials, not between the label and the contents.

In June 2026 the shop sent its entire catalog to a new US lab for fresh reports, with a few more added in July. Those reports, still online, are the last thing Eternal Peptides published about its own products. Three months later it was gone, and the community’s verdict on it is the one it earned over two years: a real shop that shipped, answered quickly and tested more broadly than most, whose vials did not always match its own paperwork.

Open orders, refunds and points

Orders placed in the closing sale shipped. At the end of September one buyer who ordered just before the cutoff posted that the retatrutide had arrived. The support window ended on September 30, but the email address on the thank-you page is still printed there, and it is the only channel the company left for anything unresolved.

How refunds went before the close sets fair expectations. The written policy was strict: no returns, and cancellation only before an order shipped, and even then not guaranteed. In practice support answered quickly and money moved slowly. In June 2026 a buyer charged twice for one $233 order waited four weeks through two messages saying the refund had been processed, then was offered a $75 credit on a future order over $300 instead. Another buyer that month found what looked like an insect in a vial, asked for a refund, and was sent a replacement anyway. In August a third buyer said a refund had been refused outright. Set against two years of smooth orders these are a handful of accounts, but they are the pattern anyone still owed money is dealing with.

For money still owed now, the way you paid decides your options. A card charge for an order that never arrived can still be raised with the card issuer, which sets its own deadline. For any other payment, a written request to the support address with the order number and payment record is the route left. Rewards points and store credit ended with the store: the thank-you page does not mention them, and there is nothing left to spend them on. The sale codes still floating around coupon sites do nothing.

If you still have Eternal Peptides vials

A shop closing does not change what is in a sealed vial. What changes is the paperwork. The reports now live on a closed company’s domain and on a testing lab’s verification pages, and neither has a reason to stay up forever. The lab library at eternalpeptides.com/lab-tests/ still loads in October 2026. Save the report for every product you hold now, and match the lot code on your vial or box to the lot printed on the report.

The newest reports come from the June 2026 retest, with three added in July. Each shows HPLC purity, the milligrams measured in the vial, an identity check by mass spectrometry, and endotoxin and sterility results, and most carry a heavy-metals certificate as well. Fills ran at or above the label, some well above it; the 10mg retatrutide vial measured 11.76mg. Treat that figure with care in mixing math, since it comes from one vial in one lot and independent samples have turned up vials under their label. The Simms Research peptide calculator works with either number, and the guide to reading a peptide COA explains which line on a report answers which question. The eleven products Eternal Peptides added last never received a report at all.

Keep sealed vials cold, dry and dark. Freeze-dried powder holds for months in a refrigerator and for several years in a freezer; once mixed, a vial belongs in the fridge and is best used within about four weeks. The Simms Research guide on how long peptides keep cold and mixed has the detail. If a result matters to your work, independent labs test mailed-in samples, which is how the BPC-157 results above came to light.

Is Eternal Peptides coming back?

Nothing points that way. The closing notice names no successor, no new domain and no partner store, and no one has stepped forward claiming the brand or the customer list. Eternalpeptides.net, the original address, no longer loads, and eternalpeptides.com holds only the thank-you page and the lab library. Anyone taking orders under the Eternal Peptides name today is not the shop that closed.

A few have tried the name. Eternalpeptidessupply.com appeared in January 2026, while the real store was still trading, and was close enough that buyers asked in April which of the two sites was the real one. It now shows a notice that its content was removed after a copyright takedown, and a TikTok account calling itself Eternal Peptides Official runs under that same look-alike name. Eternalpep.com is a separate shop that opened in April 2026 on a domain registered that February. It sells under its own Eternalpep branding, claims no tie to Eternal Peptides, and is still open. And in mid-2026 a Telegram contact offering Eternal Peptides wholesale asked one buyer for a “refundable insurance” payment up front and had already collected $500. None of these is the original company or carries its record.

Where Eternal Peptides buyers are going

Within days of the close, affiliate posts were matching the Eternal Peptides catalog to other stores compound by compound, each with a discount code attached. What its own buyers valued says more about where they are headed. They chose Eternal Peptides for a shop that tested for endotoxin, sterility and heavy metals as well as purity and posted the reports, and that, more than any single compound, is what they are shopping for now. The GLP researchers who made up much of its following want the same thing for retatrutide and tirzepatide specifically.

It is the same sorting that followed the Peptide Sciences closure in March and the end of Apex Peptides: buyers leave a closed shop with a clearer idea of what they were really paying for, and they shop for that.

Moving your research from Eternal Peptides

Simms Research is a Florida peptide store. Every batch is tested by an independent ISO-certified lab for purity and identity, the newest batches also carry endotoxin, heavy-metal and sterility results, and every report is public in the Simms Research lab results library. Orders ship from Florida by FedEx 2-Day, free over $200, or UPS Standard, and every order carries a Free Delivery Guarantee that covers a package lost in transit, stolen after a delivery scan or damaged on arrival. Payment is Zelle or Venmo, each with 5% off.

The compounds Eternal Peptides buyers ask about most, retatrutide, tirzepatide and BPC-157, are on the shelf, and the refund and returns page sets out what happens if an order arrives wrong.

What happened to Eternal Peptides, in short

Eternal Peptides closed itself. After two years and a following built on broad testing and fast shipping, it announced a closing sale, shut the store at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on September 15, 2026, and kept support open through September 30. It gave no reason. The record shows a hard last year, with card payments lost and won back, an outage, a full retest and a regulatory climate that pushed several GLP-heavy shops out in 2026, but nothing ties the closure to a raid, an order or a lawsuit.

It is not coming back, no one has taken over the name, and the look-alike sites are strangers to it. For anyone with Eternal Peptides vials on the shelf, the one task left is to save the lab reports while they are still online.

Frequently asked questions

Is Eternal Peptides shutting down?

It already has. The website closed at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on September 15, 2026, after a closing sale, and customer support ended on September 30. Only the lab test library is still online.

Why is the Eternal Peptides website down?

Because the company closed it. The storefront was replaced on September 16 with a thank-you page that links to the lab reports and gives a support email address. It is not an outage and the store is not moving to a new address.

Is Eternal Peptides the Eternal that shut down after raising $13 million?

No. The widely shared post about an Eternal that closed after raising $13 million is about a different, venture-backed company, and it went up weeks before Eternal Peptides announced its closing date. Eternal Peptides was a small research peptide shop based in New York; the two share a word and nothing else.

Was Eternal Peptides a legitimate company?

Yes. It was a registered New York business that traded for a little over two years, shipped orders steadily the whole time, and published lab reports for most of its catalog. Its independent test record was mixed, and refunds could be slow, but it closed with notice rather than disappearing with customers’ money.

Is eternalpeptides.net the real Eternal Peptides site?

It was the original address, used from June 2024 until the store moved to eternalpeptides.com in early 2026. It no longer loads. Eternalpeptidessupply.com and eternalpep.com were never the company’s sites.

Did Eternal Peptides sell retatrutide?

Yes, under the code name GLP-3R, and its lab reports list it as EP-3 (R). It was one of the shop’s best-known products and the reason many GLP researchers found it.

Do Eternal Peptides discount codes still work?

No. With the store closed there is no checkout to use them at, and any site that asks for an Eternal Peptides code is not the original company.

Can I still contact Eternal Peptides customer service?

The support window officially closed on September 30, 2026. The email address on the thank-you page is still printed there and is the only contact the company left; include your order number and proof of payment with any request.
