Is Amino USA Legit? What Regulars Say

Amino USA has shipped from Texas since 2023 and is still trading after a long run of shop closures. Where it came from, what its regulars and independent testers say, how it handles problems, and what to know before ordering.

Amino USA took its first orders in the summer of 2023, a small Texas shop with a short shelf of peptides sitting next to SARMs, injectable aminos and a few nootropics. Three years on it is still packing boxes. In between, the research market lost a long list of names that were bigger, louder or older, and buyers who were around for all of it have started to count Amino USA among the shops that simply kept going.

That changes the question. Few people still ask whether aminousa.com is a real business. The searches now come from buyers whose usual shop closed, or who keep seeing the name in forum threads, and they want the fuller picture: where Amino USA came from, what it is known for, what its regulars and the independent testers say, and what happens when an order goes wrong.

Where Amino USA came from

The first version of aminousa.com went up in the summer of 2023 under the line “Best Quality Peptides in the USA.” It was a modest storefront. The featured shelf held bacteriostatic water, BPC-157, GHRP-6 and injectable L-carnitine, and the menu split the rest into four aisles: peptides, SARMs, aminos and research chemicals. The name matches that third aisle, the injectable carnitine and glutathione that sat beside the peptides in the early days.

Its early About page told a one-line founding story: a U.S. company started out of the owner’s own concern about getting reliable compounds. Its first promotional posts pitched it simply as a U.S.-based source for SARMs, peptides, post-cycle aids and nootropics. Home was Texas. For most of its life that meant Houston, and buyers tracking parcels in 2024 and 2025 got used to seeing them leave from there. The contact page now gives an Austin address, and the phone line regulars like to point to is still listed beside it.

The shelf grew quickly. By the end of 2023 it carried semaglutide and tirzepatide, and through 2024 it filled out with growth hormone secretagogues, healing blends, cosmetic peptides, short bioregulator peptides and a deeper nootropic aisle. Each product got its own lab report page, listed lot by lot. In 2025 the store moved to a new website with a central lab report library, and it is the same aminousa.com address buyers have always used. There is no second Amino USA site and no rebrand in its history.

One note before going further, because it trips up a lot of searches: Amino USA is not Amino Club, Amino Asylum or Modern Aminos. The names overlap. The companies do not.

What Amino USA is known for

Amino USA has two reputations, held by two crowds that rarely cross paths.

The first is the recovery crowd. In the forums where people trade notes on BPC-157, TB-500 and the healing blends, Amino USA has been a familiar name since 2024, when the usual question about it was a straight comparison with Peptide Sciences, then the default shop for anyone who wanted a safe pick. Amino USA was the smaller, newer option in those threads, usually summed up as a good company with fast shipping. Regulars also mention its tesamorelin and ipamorelin blends and its NAD+, the kind of orders people repeat every few months.

The second crowd is nootropic buyers, and phenibut in particular. When LiftMode, the long-time favorite U.S. source, stopped selling phenibut, its buyers scattered across a handful of smaller shops. Amino USA became one of the names they settled on, often weighed against Science.bio and, more recently, Carolina Chems. Most buyers there describe it as dependable and a little pricier than the cheapest option, which is roughly how the peptide crowd describes it too, although it had one rough patch with them, covered below. Today it still carries both phenibut forms alongside Semax, Selank and a short list of other nootropics.

Neither crowd found it through influencers. Amino USA has no real following on social video, and its name has traveled by word of mouth, one buyer recommending it to the next, mostly on the strength of fast parcels and a phone that gets answered. On price it sits in the middle of the market and runs frequent site-wide sales, and long-time customers tend to wait for those.

Still shipping after the shutdown wave

Think back to the market Amino USA walked into in 2023. Peptide Sciences was the name everyone measured against. Amino Asylum was the budget favorite with the huge catalog. Science.bio was where nootropic buyers went for the hard-to-find compounds, Strate Labs had been selling SARMs and peptides since 2019, and Chemyo had a loyal SARMs following. A new Houston store with a short shelf was nobody’s first pick.

Then the list started to shrink. Amino Asylum went dark in June 2025. Science.bio announced early in 2026 that it was closing for good. Peptide Sciences shut its store in March 2026. Strate Labs closed over the summer, Chemyo and Eternal Peptides followed in September, and federal agents searched Apex Peptides at the end of that month. Every one of those stories had its own cause, and none of them had anything to do with Amino USA.

Amino USA is still here. That alone does not make a shop good, and plenty of the closed names had loyal buyers to the end. But three years of steady orders carries weight in a market that has lost this many names this quickly. Asked in early 2026 whether Amino USA was any good, one buyer answered that it was surely fine because it had been around. Two years earlier it was the new name in the thread.

It has not stood still. The shelf has grown to a little over a hundred products, about three quarters of them peptides, with a nootropic aisle, a small modulator shelf and the injectable aminos it started with. The testing is spread across several outside labs, BioRegen, MZ Biolabs and Chromate among them, and each vial carries a lot number and a code that opens that lot’s report. Some of its customers from 2024 are still ordering in 2026, and they say so when a newcomer asks.

What independent testing shows

The outside evidence on Amino USA vials is thinner than its reputation. The fullest record comes from Finnrick, the independent tester that buys vials or takes them in from buyers and sends them to outside labs. It has three Amino USA results, all for TB-500: one from June 2025 and two from May 2026.

All three were the right compound. Purity moved the right way over time, from 93 percent on the 2025 vial to 99 and 99.3 percent on the two from this year. The weak point was the amount of powder in the vial. One came in 19 percent short, one 11 percent short, and the third 52 percent over. Finnrick’s default standard is strict, asking for at least 99.5 percent purity and a dose within 35 percent of the label, so all three are scored as fails, and that leaves Amino USA low in its vendor table. Three vials of one compound is a small window, and a 99 percent vial failing on purity says more about the bar than about the vial. The fair reading is narrower: the compound is right, the recent purity is good, and on TB-500 the fill has been uneven.

Amino USA’s own reports tell a similar story from the other side. Every lot gets a report from a named outside lab, and there are more than two hundred lot reports from 2026 alone. Purity on those reports is consistently high, with every reading at 98 percent or better and almost all at 99 or above. The measured amount is where the spread shows. About three in four vials land within 10 percent of the label, and when a vial misses it is far more likely to be over than under. The clearest shortfall was, again, TB-500: the TB-500 portion of one blend lot measured a little over half of what the label promised. It is a reminder to read the measured number on any report, not just the verdict line.

The directories that track vendors land in the same place. PeptideMind rates Amino USA 4.3 out of 5 from a handful of buyer reviews, crediting its lot-by-lot lab reports and quick domestic shipping, and its main reservation is how little the company says in public about its history.

What its regulars say

Amino USA’s regulars are not evangelists. They talk about it the way people talk about a hardware store they have used for years. Someone has been ordering for over a year, semaglutide and a few other things, with no issues and fast shipping. Someone else has bought retatrutide, BPC-157 and semaglutide from it for years and admits they never stopped to wonder whether it was legit, because the pricing was fair and the service was good. A third has ordered three times without a problem.

The service stories are the ones people tell most often. A buyer with an item missing from their order emailed support and had the replacement in the mail within the hour. Another had a vial break in transit and says Amino USA reshipped double the order without being asked. When a carrier lost a package, the shop sent a new one at no charge, and more than one regular has said the same. When newer buyers have complained that nobody answered, regulars have stepped in to point out the phone number on the site, and more than one calls Amino USA one of the few shops where you can actually call and reach a person.

The results talk is ordinary, and that is a good sign: buyers describe its peptides and its NAD+ as doing what they expected, without the breathless tone of a paid review. The one steady grumble from loyal customers is cost.

The complaints worth knowing

Three years of orders leaves a trail of complaints, and Amino USA’s is short but real. The biggest single episode came from the phenibut crowd, not the peptide one. Early in 2025 several buyers received phenibut tubs that smelled of burnt chemicals, a few with a scorch mark on the seal. The theory they settled on was a heat sealer set too hot, cooking the packaging and trapping the smell inside with the powder. One of them posted a blunt warning and said support had downplayed the problem when they raised it. Others in the same threads had received clean tubs from the same shop, and one commenter wondered aloud whether some of the newer accounts piling on were rivals stirring things up. Phenibut buyers who have ordered since have mostly called the product solid.

On the peptide side the complaints are scattered rather than clustered. In early 2025 a buyer said two batches of BPC-157, along with the mixing water sold with them, were unusable, and that the shop would not make it right; a regular replied in the same thread that Amino USA had fixed a broken order for them without a fuss and asked whether the buyer had called. Later that year another buyer called its BPC-157 a dud after three weeks of seeing nothing from it. A third noticed a CJC-1295 report showing 96 percent purity next to a 98 percent target. Complaints like these are worth hearing, but most rest on how a buyer felt rather than a lab test of the vial, and the same threads carry plenty of people reporting the same products working.

The newer grumbles are smaller. In 2026 a buyer said the phone line went straight to voicemail when they called, which stands out because the phone is what regulars praise. And budget buyers find it expensive and say so. None of this adds up to a pattern of orders not arriving or of buyers being taken for their money. Over three years that complaint is rare, and the few cases on record mostly ended with a reship.

How Amino USA handles problems

How a shop deals with a broken vial or a lost parcel tells you more than its marketing, and the service stories above are the heart of Amino USA’s reputation. The written policy backs them up in plain terms.

If the wrong item arrives or something comes damaged, Amino USA covers the return shipping. Unopened products can go back within 30 days if you change your mind, at your own cost, and opened or used products cannot. A missing item needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery, so it pays to open the box the day it lands. On paper the shop takes no responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit; in practice, as the stories above show, it has usually reshipped anyway. Support runs by phone during weekday business hours, by email, and through a message box on the site.

It is not a perfect record. The phenibut episode is the clearest case of a buyer feeling brushed off, and the BPC-157 complaint above ended without a fix. The balance of stories still runs the other way.

Before you order from Amino USA

Start at the right address. With this many shops sharing the word “amino,” the simplest protection is to type aminousa.com yourself. Amino USA ships only inside the United States, by UPS, and orders placed by midday on a business day usually leave the same day. Shipping is free on domestic orders over $250. Amino USA runs site-wide sale codes often and posts them on its own homepage banner, so there is rarely a reason to pay full price or to hunt for a code on a third-party site.

Open the box the day it arrives. The 24-hour window for missing items is short, and photos of a damaged parcel make any claim easier. Then match the lot number on each vial to its report in Amino USA’s lab library; the code on the vial takes you straight there. Read the purity and the measured amount rather than the pass line at the bottom. If you are not used to doing that, this guide to how to read a peptide COA walks through what each number means.

If the exact amount in the vial matters to your work, and especially for TB-500 or a blend that contains it, an independent test of your own vial is cheap insurance. Independent testers now take mailed-in samples from U.S. buyers. For most orders, though, the basics are enough: order from the real site, check the report, and call if something is off.

Is Amino USA legit? The bottom line

Yes. Amino USA is a legitimate research supplier and one of the steadier U.S. names still trading. It has been shipping from Texas since the summer of 2023, through a stretch that closed shops with far bigger names. Its regulars have stayed for years and describe it in the plainest terms a shop can earn: orders arrive, problems get fixed, and someone picks up the phone. Every independent test on record found the right compound, and its own lab reports show consistently high purity.

Know two things going in. The amount of powder in a vial can run uneven, more often over than under, and TB-500 is where independent testers have seen it miss. And Amino USA is a middle-of-the-market shop, so buyers who shop purely on price will find cheaper vials elsewhere. Neither is a reason to avoid it. Both are reasons to read the report that comes with your lot, a habit that serves a buyer well at any shop.

For anyone comparing shops, Simms Research is a newer Florida supplier that publishes its own batch lab reports. Amino USA has a few years on it, and in this market that is worth respecting.

Frequently asked questions

Is Amino USA a reputable company?

Yes. It has traded under the same name and the same web address since 2023, keeps a base of repeat buyers who have ordered from it for years, posts a lab report for every lot, and has a better record than most for fixing lost or broken orders. Its weak point is uneven fill on some compounds, not honesty.

Is Amino USA third-party tested?

Yes. Every lot has a report from a named outside lab, BioRegen, MZ Biolabs and Chromate among them, reached through the code on the vial. Independent testers have also checked its TB-500: the compound was right each time, recent purity was 99 percent or better, and the fill amount varied.

Is Amino USA the same as Amino Club or Amino Asylum?

No. They are separate companies that happen to share a word. Amino USA is the Texas shop at aminousa.com. Amino Club is a different store, and Amino Asylum was another company again, which went dark in June 2025.

Where is Amino USA located?

Texas. The shop was based in Houston for most of its history, and its parcels have long shipped from there. Its contact page now lists an Austin address. It ships only within the United States.

Does Amino USA sell retatrutide, tirzepatide or semaglutide?

Its shelf listed semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide in 2024. The current shelf does not list those three. Its metabolic products today include liraglutide, cagrilintide, survodutide, AOD-9604 and tesofensine.

Does Amino USA have a discount code?

It runs its own site-wide sales, and the current code is usually shown in the banner at the top of its homepage. There is no need to get a code from a third-party site.

Does Amino USA sell bacteriostatic water?

It did for most of its history, alongside its peptides. The current shelf does not list it, so buyers order it separately.

How fast does Amino USA ship?

Orders placed by midday on a business day usually ship the same day by UPS Ground, which takes three to five business days; a faster option costs extra. Buyers often report parcels arriving within two or three days of ordering.
