Certified Peptides Reviews: Is Certified-PEP Legit? A Sobering Look
An independent look at Certified-PEP, also sold as Certified Peptides: who runs it, what buyers say, how orders arrive and what its lab reports and outside tests show, with no discount code and no affiliate link.
Certified-PEP is a research-peptide shop in Washington State that also goes by Certified Peptides and Certified Pep. It opened at the start of 2025 with a short list of weight-loss compounds and has since grown into a store of vials, capsules, nasal sprays and bioregulators, sold on a simple pitch: made in America, tested batch by batch. It is one of the newer shops competing for buyers who lost their old source, and this review gives it a fair hearing.
The creators and affiliates who promote the shop hand out discount codes. This review carries none and earns nothing from a sale. It looks at the people and history behind the shop, its place in the market, the feedback from buyers and outside testers, delivery, and the contents of the vials.
Who runs Certified-PEP
Certified-PEP is based in Rochester, Washington, a small town south of Olympia. In its first months the store described itself as a Washington research chemical business started by a founder with more than 15 years in the supplement trade. It sold a short catalog led by semaglutide, tirzepatide and mazdutide under their own names, with a banner promising low prices and no coupons.
The shop has changed a good deal since. The weight-loss compounds now carry house codes, the range has widened in every direction, and the pitch has moved upmarket: peptides made in a cGMP facility in Texas and tested at Vanguard Laboratory, an accredited lab in Olympia, half an hour up the road.
The name trips people up. Certified-PEP, Certified Pep and Certified Peptides are one shop, and its own pages say certified-pep.com is the only place to buy from it. The Trustpilot page that carries the Certified Peptides name is filed under certifiedpeptides.health, an address the shop does not use, which now forwards to a site that no longer loads. Trustpilot removed the shop’s own profile in early 2026 under its rules on unregulated drugs, so the reviews Certified-PEP buyers have posted since sit on the other page. They describe Certified-PEP orders, so they count here. CertaPeptides and Licensed Peptides are separate businesses.
Where Certified Peptides sits in the market
Certified-PEP does not chase the bottom of the market, and says so: its own answer to whether it is a good company opens with the line that it does not compete on price. Its 10mg retatrutide lists at $140, currently on sale for $120, and the rest of the range is priced in the same band. What the money is meant to buy is the American manufacturing story and a thick folder of lab reports.
The catalog is broad and aimed at the consumer end of the market. Alongside the standard freeze-dried vials sit capsule blends, nasal sprays, injectable lipotropics, cosmetic peptides sold raw by the gram, a shelf of bioregulators and the Glow and Klow blends. The weight-loss line goes by codes: GLP1-S is semaglutide, GLP2-T is tirzepatide and GLP3-R is retatrutide, which its own certificates label GLP-3. Simms Research has a short explainer on what the GLP-3 name means. Bacteriostatic water is sold as an add-on; Simms Research sells its own Research Water, $20 for 10mL.
The marketing is the modern kind: 20% off a first order for signing up to the newsletter, volume discounts, an affiliate program, paid creator posts on Instagram, social accounts the shop runs itself and a growing library of guides. Put together, it is a mid-sized, premium-priced shop that sells convenience and paperwork rather than a low price.

Certified Peptides reviews: what buyers say
Where its buyers talk, the tone is mostly warm. Regulars praise a live chat that answers, boxes that show up within a few days and certificates that include endotoxin and heavy-metal results, which many shops never publish. The weight-loss line and the capsule blends have their fans, and the shop’s reviews page shows high ratings from a large review count across Reviews.io, Google and PepReviewPro. The button on that page marked Trustpilot opens an archive the shop keeps of its removed profile.
Where buyers disagree, it is over familiar things. Some find the prices steep next to budget shops. Others say the vials came loose in a padded envelope, or that a two-day box took the best part of a week. The small Trustpilot page under the other address leans negative, mostly over delivery times and how complaints were handled. It holds a handful of reviews against a much larger body of praise elsewhere, and the outside test results below are the clearer read on the vials.

Do Certified-PEP orders arrive, and how fast?
Orders arrive. How fast depends on which page a buyer reads. The homepage promises next-day dispatch, and says orders in before 3 p.m. Eastern ship the same or next day. The shipping policy says orders typically leave the next business day, and the FAQ says one to two business days. Street addresses go by FedEx 2Day and P.O. boxes by USPS Priority Mail, both quoted at two to four business days after pickup, and the shop ships to US addresses only. Put end to end, a box usually lands three to six business days after the order, which matches what most buyers report.
What happens when a parcel goes astray depends on a checkbox. Certified Package Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers a parcel lost or stolen in transit or damaged on arrival; it cannot be added later. Without it, the buyer carries the delivery risk, and nothing covers a box once the carrier marks it delivered. Damaged, missing or wrong items are reported within three business days with photos, and the shop decides between a replacement and a refund.

Is Certified Peptides third-party tested?
Yes, and this is the shop’s strongest ground. Its certificate library covers nearly the whole catalog, and most vials carry a second report for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. The reports come from Vanguard Laboratory, an ISO 17025 accredited lab, and Vanguard lists them on its own reporting site, where a buyer can look a batch up by lot or report number instead of trusting a PDF on the store.
The lab’s records also show where the paperwork falls short of the pitch. The site says every batch clears a ten-point panel before it ships. Of the 24 most recent reports on Vanguard’s site, from late July to early October, half carry the full ten points and half a four-point level, and the four-point ones are most of the September and October reports. The shop’s own September certificate for its 10mg retatrutide found 9.29mg in the vial.
Finnrick, an independent tester that runs vials sent in by buyers, has checked 13 Certified-PEP vials since August 2025 across retatrutide, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and BPC-157. Nine passed and four failed: the first CJC-1295 vial in August 2025, a CJC-1295 vial in May 2026 that held about half its labeled amount, a retatrutide vial in June that missed Finnrick’s purity bar by a tenth of a point, and a retatrutide vial in July that contained no retatrutide at all. That record puts the shop near the bottom of the 457 vendors Finnrick ranks.
Thirteen vials is a small sample, and the recent run is clean: the four vials tested since late July all passed, including a September retatrutide at 99.9% purity. A buyer is still weighing a mixed outside record against a polished set of in-house reports. Simms Research has a plain guide on how to read a peptide COA and what it leaves out.
Where Simms Research differs
On the points above, the two shops differ like this.
| Certified-PEP | Simms Research | |
|---|---|---|
| Dispatch | Next business day by policy; homepage says same or next day before 3 p.m. Eastern | Same day for orders in before 5 p.m. Eastern |
| Lost or stolen parcels | Covered only with paid Package Protection; nothing after a delivered scan | Free Delivery Guarantee on every order, including theft after a delivery scan; nothing to add |
| 10mg retatrutide | Sold as GLP3-R, $140 list | Sold as Retatrutide (GLP-3), $84 |
| Amount in the latest 10mg retatrutide report | 9.29mg, one vial, September 2026 | 10.68mg, three vials tested, July 2026 |
Simms batch reports, with purity, measured content and, on the newest batches, contaminant results, are on its open lab results page. The guarantee is spelled out in its shipping policy, and checkout takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Venmo with no surcharge, as listed on its payment options page.
Before you order from Certified-PEP
Order only at certified-pep.com. Before buying a compound, look its batch up on Vanguard’s reporting site, match the lot to the one on the product page, and see whether the report covers the full panel or only the four-point level. Decide on Package Protection at checkout, because it cannot be added afterwards, and open the box within three business days so any problem is reported in time. Simms Research’s guide on where to buy peptides compares the wider field.
Is Certified Peptides legit?
Certified-PEP is a real Washington shop, open since early 2025, that ships its orders and publishes more lab paperwork than most shops its age, from a named accredited lab whose own site lists the reports. Its recent outside tests all passed.
The gaps are plain on the record. Four of the 13 vials outside testers checked failed, one of them a retatrutide vial with no retatrutide in it. Half of the latest lab reports cover four points rather than the ten the site promises for every batch. A lost or stolen box is the buyer’s problem unless they paid for protection, and the dispatch promise changes from page to page. Prices sit at the premium end.
That is a young shop with a strong pitch and a test record still catching up with it. Whether that is legit enough is for each buyer to decide.
Frequently asked questions
Is Certified Pep the same as Certified Peptides?
Yes. Certified-PEP, Certified Pep and Certified Peptides are names for one Washington shop at certified-pep.com. Certified Pep is a shop name, not a certification or a seal. CertaPeptides, Licensed Peptides and the certifiedpeptides.health address are not part of it.
Where is Certified Pep located?
Certified-PEP is based in Rochester, Washington, near Olympia, and says its peptides are made in a cGMP facility in Texas. Orders go to US addresses only, by FedEx 2Day to street addresses and USPS Priority Mail to P.O. boxes.
Who owns Certified Pep?
No owner’s name appears on the site. Its early pages described a Washington company started by a founder who had spent more than 15 years in the supplement business.
Is Certified Peptides made in the USA?
That is the shop’s central claim: synthesis in a cGMP facility in Texas and testing at Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington, with every product page marked made in the USA.
What is GLP3-R at Certified Pep?
GLP3-R is Certified-PEP’s code for retatrutide, sold from 10mg to 60mg and in a blend with cagrilintide. Its retatrutide has the busiest outside test record of anything the shop sells: three passes and two failures, with the latest vial a pass.
Does Certified Pep give dosing information?
The product pages list specifications rather than protocols, and the shop sells for research use only. For the reconstitution arithmetic on any vial size, Simms Research has a free peptide calculator.
Does Certified Pep have a coupon code?
The shop gives 20% off a first order for signing up to its newsletter, and its affiliates and creators hand out codes of their own. This review has no code and no affiliate link. Simms Research runs a standing rewards program, where points from every order turn into free vials.
