Many buyers first meet Protide Health near the top of a “best peptide company” list. Simms’s review of Protide Health covers how the store started, what its certificates show and what its buyers report. This piece picks up where that one stops, at the decision itself: what the same order looks like at Simms Research.

Simms Research is a US supplier of freeze-dried research peptides that shows its lab records before a buyer pays and puts its delivery promise in writing. Each section below takes one question a Protide buyer asks before switching, and answers it with both stores’ prices and terms as of October 16, 2026.

Protide Health retatrutide price vs Simms Research

Retatrutide (GLP-3) at Simms Research runs from $84 (10mg) to $259 (60mg), and that 60mg vial costs a dollar less than Protide’s 30mg. The same pattern runs through tirzepatide and the blends. Here are regular prices for the compounds both stores sell, at matching sizes:

Selank, 10mg; Semax, 10mg$65 and $60$55 each

Protide lists retatrutide as “GLP-3” and tirzepatide as “GLP-2.” Its coupon codes are for verified accounts, one per order; the best of them, 15% off a first order, brings the 10mg retatrutide to about $123, against $84 at Simms. Protide does stock bigger single vials and a broader catalog. Its 100mg retatrutide is $550; two Simms 60mg vials are $518 for 120mg.

The gap holds on the smaller compounds too. DSIP, epithalon, glutathione, ipamorelin, KPV, kisspeptin and thymosin alpha-1 all cost less at Simms Research in the sizes both stores carry.

What is in a Simms Research vial

Simms Research posts batch reports from an independent ISO-certified lab, and a buyer can read them on the lab results page before paying. Here is the latest batch for the main compounds both stores sell, each batch checked across three vials:

Every batch in that table also passed endotoxin, came back negative for heavy metals and showed no microbial growth. Protide’s certificates are covered in the review; its own FAQ lists four checks per batch: identity, purity, net content and endotoxin. On the compounds both stores sell, Simms’s latest records add the heavy-metal and microbial screens.

The records also run back in time. Retatrutide has six published batches since October 2025, BPC-157 five and GHK-Cu four, each with its own purity and measured content. Vials are labeled with their batch, so the record matches the vial in hand. For what each line proves, see how to read a peptide certificate.

Shipping times, Canada and lost packages

Simms Research ships orders placed before 5 PM Eastern the same day. Protide’s same-day cutoff is noon Pacific, 3 PM Eastern, on weekdays, and weekend orders leave on Monday. An order placed at 4 PM Eastern on a weekday ships that afternoon at Simms and the next day at Protide.

Lost or stolen packageReplaced or refunded by Simms; no carrier claim to fileThe buyer files the carrier claim; Protide has no obligation to replace or refund

The last row is the one that matters when something goes wrong. Under Protide’s policy, a package becomes the buyer’s responsibility the moment the carrier scans it in. The buyer opens the claim with UPS or USPS, and Protide is under no obligation to reship or refund. Its FAQ softens that: once a carrier case is open and the loss confirmed, it will “help make it right,” on terms it decides.

Every Simms order carries a Free Delivery Guarantee at no cost. If the box goes missing on the way, disappears after the carrier marks it delivered, or shows up damaged, Simms sends the products again free, and where it can’t, refunds them along with what was paid for shipping. Simms takes it up with the carrier; all the buyer sends is an email with the order number. The shipping policy has the full terms.

Payment methods and what checkout asks

Simms Research accepts all four major cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna for paying in installments, and Venmo. No payment method carries a surcharge. The payment options page walks through each one.

Protide takes Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Its FAQ is direct about the rest: “We do not accept Mastercard at this time.” Wallets and installments aren’t listed, so a Mastercard holder needs another card there.

Simms signs a buyer in at checkout with a one-time code emailed to them; there is no password to create.

If an order arrives wrong

At Simms Research, a wrong or defective item gets a free replacement, or a refund when none is available, once it’s reported with photos in the first 48 hours after delivery. Change-of-mind returns aren’t taken at either store. The refund and returns policy has the wording.

Protide’s claim rules, covered in the review, need the vial still sealed and let Protide pick the fix: a new vial or store credit first, cash back only when neither works. Its policy also calls a card dispute opened before contacting its support a breach of its terms, with account suspension and collections listed as consequences.

Mixing and dosing help

Simms Research gives a new buyer the tools to work out a vial on their own: a peptide calculator that takes any vial size, a retatrutide dosage guide and a tirzepatide dosage guide by vial size, and a step-by-step guide on how to reconstitute peptides. Research Water, its bacteriostatic water, costs $20 a vial and ships in the same box as the peptides.

Protide’s support stops short of that. Its FAQ says the team handles orders, shipping and certificates only, and usage questions get no answer, as “a firm, standard policy.” Its bacteriostatic water, sold as “0.9% Benzyl Alcohol Solution,” is back in stock in the 10mL size since the review, while the 30mL is still sold out. Freeze-dried peptide travels at room temperature at both stores; Simms’s storage guide covers what to do on arrival.

Switching from Protide: GLP-3, GLP-2 and blend names

Simms Research lists each compound by name next to its market code, so a Protide order maps across line by line. The two GLP products are the ones that cause confusion; What Is GLP-3? explains the naming.

Protide Health listsOrder at Simms ResearchSimms sizes
“GLP-3”Retatrutide (GLP-3)10, 20, 30 and 60mg

One Simms 60mg retatrutide vial holds what two of Protide’s 30mg vials do, at $259 against $520. The calculator handles the water for whichever size goes in the cart.

Points and credits

Protide has no points program. Its perks are coupon codes for verified accounts and a one-time account credit for joining its mailing list. Simms Rewards pays 5 points for every $1 spent on products, starts a first order off with 100 welcome points, and turns points into free products, retatrutide, tirzepatide, GHK-Cu and BPC-157 among them.

On retatrutide and tirzepatide, Simms Research costs less at every matching size, and its 60mg vials undercut Protide’s 30mg. It ships same day on later orders, takes more ways to pay, posts batch reports for both compounds and carries the loss of a package itself. Protide’s case rests on its bigger single vials, a broader shelf and weekend phone hours. The full range is in the Simms catalog.

Frequently asked questions

Is Simms Research legit?

Each part of the answer can be checked before an order. Purity and measured content for each published batch sit on its lab results page, from an independent ISO-certified lab. A person answers 855-592-8507 on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, support@simmsresearch.com usually replies inside one business day, and both are listed on the contact page. The delivery promise is part of its written shipping terms.

Is Simms Research cheaper than Protide Health?

Yes on the GLP compounds, at every matching size. Retatrutide at 10mg: $84 at Simms, $145 at Protide. Tirzepatide at 60mg: $186 against $400. Klow, Glow, Wolverine, TB-500, 50mg GHK-Cu and NAD+ are also lower at Simms.

Does Protide Health sell tirzepatide?

Yes, under the name “GLP-2,” in 10, 15, 30 and 60mg vials from $110. Simms Research sells Tirzepatide (GLP-2) in 10, 20, 30 and 60mg vials from $65.

Does Protide Health ship to Canada?

No. Protide’s policy limits delivery to US states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, and an order going abroad is cancelled and refunded. Simms Research ships outside the US too; customs duties fall to the buyer.

What payment methods does Protide Health accept?

Visa, American Express and Discover. It doesn’t take Mastercard. Simms Research adds Mastercard to those three, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Venmo, and charges nothing extra for any of them.

Is there a discount code in this comparison?

No. Nothing here is tied to a code or an affiliate link, and every Simms price above is its everyday price. Simms Rewards points start with the first order.
